Customer Service Representative Position

The offering position responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming calls and emails
Scheduling and dispatching jobs to technicians
Communicating with technicians
Accounts receivable
Filling
Data Entry
Billing
Editing
Record keeping
Miscellaneous office duties

This is a full time position, Monday- Friday 8am to 5 pm, with an hour break. HVAC experience is not require, but knowledge of HVAC will be expected to be gained in a promptly manner.
