The Technician they sent was Anthony Margadonna. He was extremely professional, took a very quick look and immediately identified the problem. It was very hot outside but he continued to fix the problem and every time I walked outside to check on him he explained what he was doing and told me about how much longer until my A/C would be fixed. He was very patient with me. Sure enough, it was fixed quicker than I expected and has continued to work flawlessly. Stellar and Anthony make a great team.”
